Exhaust Flange Design - 16 February 2011
I took a picture of the flange on the turbo, imported into Bentley Powerdraft and drew over it. Printed and did several fits and made corrections until it was perfect.

Status - Boost Pipes & Intercooler - 11 February 2010
Collected my boost pipes & intercooler this evening from Shaun (SLSL Couriers), when I got home and unpacked the box, I saw the boost pipe running from the intercooler to the intake doesnt have a 50 mm pipe welded onto it to fit the dump valve, the other boost pipe that was supposed to run from the turbo to inercooler, how this pipe was supposed to run from the turbo to intercooler only Jan will know. Thats now one way to spend R 4050. But not to worry I will figure something out.

Sump - 07 February 2011
Nico ( Aka Porra7 ) from the Crazy Corsa Club was stripping his 1300 motor for spares, seeing as he fitted a 2.0 litre 16 valve motor to his Corsa B, I emailed him and he agreed to sell the sump to me for R 400. I will meet him Saterday to buy the sump.

Just received an email from Jan now that my boost pipes and intercooler is ready for collection in JHB, contacted Shaun (SLSL Couriers) who will collect it Wednesday morning and deliver it to me on Friday, what a relief, I thought that Jan ripped me off, well even though I bought the intercooler last week and some parts for the boost pipes today its all okay now Ive got some spare parts.

Intercooler, Dumpvalve & Fasteners - 29 January 2011
Bought the Intercooler ( 550 x 140 x 65 mm ) R 1200, Xcell Dumpvalve ( 50 mm ) R 550 , 4 x Bolts & Nuts ( Turbo to Manifold ) & 3 x Studs & Nuts ( Downpipe Flange to Turbo ) R 30 from Flat Four Racing based in Milnerton.

Still no word from Jan, but i have decided to buy a intercooler from Flat Four Racing ( Killarney Gardens ) in the size of 500 x 140 x 65 mm for R 1200. Will most likely go buy it Saturday.
Fitting Boost Gauge : Part 2 - 10 January 2011
Removed fuel pressure regulator vacuum tube, attached a plastic tee to it, fitted a new piece of tubing from the tee to manifold. Connected hose from guage. Mounted gauge to centre console.
Checked gauge and worked 100 % , even though pressure was negative :)
