Intercooler, Dumpvalve & Fasteners - 29 January 2011

Bought the Intercooler ( 550 x 140 x 65 mm ) R 1200, Xcell Dumpvalve ( 50 mm ) R 550 , 4 x Bolts & Nuts ( Turbo to Manifold ) & 3 x Studs & Nuts ( Downpipe Flange to Turbo ) R 30 from Flat Four Racing based in Milnerton.

Intercooler - 27 January 2011

Still no word from Jan, but i have decided to buy a intercooler from Flat Four Racing ( Killarney Gardens ) in the size of 500 x 140 x 65 mm for R 1200. Will most likely go buy it Saturday.

Fitting Boost Gauge : Part 2 - 10 January 2011

Removed fuel pressure regulator vacuum tube, attached a plastic tee to it, fitted a new piece of tubing from the tee to manifold. Connected hose from guage. Mounted gauge to centre console.
Checked gauge and worked 100 % , even though pressure was negative :)

Installed vacuum tube from engine bay through firewall.
Gauge pod mounted to centre console.

Status : Boost Pipes & Intercooler - 06 January 2011

After a month of weekly nagging Jan said my order will be done by the end of the month.
Im never doing business with him again.
